INSTRUCTIONS:
Lying down on the stomach, reach back and
grasp the ankles. Lift legs, head and chest, arch the back
into a bow. Inhale, retain breath, then exhale and lie flat.
BENEFITS:
Urinary problems get cured, the intra-abdominal pressure
will eliminate gas from the intestines. This is a great
exercise for people having a sedentary lifestyle. Danurasana
reduces abdominal fat.
Not for persons suffering from thyroid or
endocrine gland disorders.
If you are suffering from any health condition, it is advisable not to perform these postures unless under the supervision of an experienced yoga instructor.
